Step 1: Log in to Your iCloud Account

The first step in deleting email from your iCloud account is to log in to your account. Open your web browser and go to the iCloud website (www.icloud.com). Enter your Apple ID and password to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Mail Section

Once logged in, you will see a list of available services on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the “Mail” icon to access your email account.

Step 3: Find the Email You Want to Delete

In the Mail section, you will see a list of your emails. Scroll through the list to find the email you want to delete. You can use the search bar at the top to search for specific emails if needed.

Step 4: Select and Delete the Email

To delete an email, click on the email to select it. Then, click on the “Delete” button, which appears in the upper-right corner of the screen. A confirmation message will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the email. Click “Delete” again to confirm.

Step 5: Delete Emails in Bulk

If you need to delete multiple emails at once, you can select multiple emails by holding down the “Command” (⌘) key on your keyboard and clicking each email you want to delete. Then, follow the same steps as in Step 4 to delete the selected emails.

Step 6: Empty the Trash Folder

After deleting emails, they are moved to the Trash folder. To permanently delete the emails from your iCloud account, you need to empty the Trash folder. Click on the “Trash” folder in the left-hand sidebar, then click on the “Empty Trash” button that appears at the top of the screen. A confirmation message will appear, asking if you are sure you want to permanently delete the emails. Click “Empty Trash” again to confirm.

Step 7: Log Out of Your iCloud Account

Once you have successfully deleted the email from your iCloud account, it is a good practice to log out of your account for security reasons. Click on your Apple ID in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click “Sign Out” to log out of your account.
